lIcensed for HIRE

All Cars for Stars branches are licensed to provide private hire, either with the local authority or in the case of London, with the Public Carriage Office. Cars for Stars does not believe that it is right to take risks with the health and safety of our customers. Therefore we welcome the stringent regulations and rules that come with being a Licensed Private Hire Operator.

As a Licensed Private Hire Operator, Cars for Stars and the branch offices are subjected to regular checks by the local authorities to ensure that we are all complying and interpreting the regulations correctly. In addition, each of our chauffeur driven cars and limousines offered for hire, must be subjected to, and pass regular inspections, which are much tougher than any standard MOT test.

Our chauffeurs must also be licensed to drive our limousines or chauffeur driven cars. This process is managed by the local authority responsible for licensing and will include a mandatory medical and a criminal records bureau check, providing additional peace of mind for our customers.

lIMOUSINE HIRE

No two limousines companies are alike and the same rule applies to limousines. Stretched limos can be purchased for as little as £10,000 and can rise beyond £150,000, so there is a world of difference between these limousines. In addition, there are still some stretched limos in the UK that are more than 25 years old. Now, some of these may be in better condition than limousines that are just a few years old, but this point is made only to highlight that you are never likely to get a genuine 'apples for apples' quotation in the limo hire business, no matter what some people claim.

It is no coincidence that Cars for Stars is an award winning company, but equally, we accept that we cannot afford to become complacent. Therefore, Cars for Stars invests heavily in order that we can offer the widest choice and the most modern fleet of limousines. Our own uncompromising standards dictate that we will never allow a limousine to go on hire if it is damaged, no matter how minor. Our limos are valeted prior to every hire, even if they don't look dirty, we even take the precaution of changing every single glass even if we know they have not been used. We are so serious about the limo hire business, that we will never compromise our standards to make a quick buck!

Similarly, because we recognise that few limousine companies meet our exacting standards and fleet quality, we will never outsource a limousine hire to a third party. Cars for Stars is not a limo broker or agent, if we cannot complete your hire ourselves, we will not attempt to palm it off to a third party simply to gain a commission. If we cannot service your limo hire, we will be honest enough to say so and recommend an alternative source for your enquiry, each and every time!

Cars for Stars offer different style limousines, these include the Lincoln Town Car, Chrysler 300 stretched limousines and the Hummer limo. Colour options are model and location dependent, but include white, vanilla white, black, silver, pink, metallic blue and candy apple red.

CHAUFFEUR CARS

As well as being able to offer American stretched limousines for hire, Cars for Stars also has a wide range of chauffeur driven cars and people carriers for hire. In an attempt to cater for the varying needs and budgets of our customers we have sought to offer a wide range of options without compromising luxury and comfort. With this in mind even our entry model is the class leading Chrysler 300 saloon. We can also offer larger chauffeur driven cars, with additional legroom for rear passengers, these would include the all new Jaguar XJ (LWB), the latest Mercedes S Class (LWB) and the BMW 7 Series (LWB). Our top of the range cars include the Bentley Arnage, Rolls Royce Phantom or Maybach 62

In addition we can offer chauffeur driven people carriers in various configurations, seating up to 7 passengers. Please note that when using the maximum passenger capacity, luggage room is virtually non-existent.

Cars for Stars will provide, on a request, a full meet and greet service at all of the major UK airports. So, if you are too busy to meet an important guest, trust Cars for Stars to be there with a smiling face and your brief.

With a wide selection of vehicles, Cars for Stars is also perfectly placed to offer a range of services, for example, we offer a 'Royal Ascot Racing Package' whereby we will provide a stretched limousine, table, chairs and an open sided marquee for the day. Not to mention a few bottles of wine and a bottle of Champagne. If this is not your cup of tea, Cars for Stars can also offer event transport to other major UK events, such as Formula 1 at Silverstone, the Cheltenham Festival, FA Cup finals, The Championships at Wimbledon and so on.

Cars for Stars also offers tour services, with or without a tourist guide. These can include any locations, but the most common requests are for tours of London, the west country, south coast and the lake district. Cars for Stars also offers other 'packaged' options if you need to take clients or colleagues out to lunch or dinner. In the case of the first option, we will collect you and your guest from your office, transport you down to the River Thames in a quality chauffeur driven car, where you will enjoy a cruise and a 3 course meal, we will then return you to your offices. This takes just 3 hours in total and provides for a happy customer.

Similarly, we can offer the same type of service in the evening. However, this will include a chauffeur driven car (or limousine) to collect you and your guest from your hotel, home or offices and then onto the River Thames. When you have boarded for your cruise, you will receive the best seating, and a Champagne, 5 course a la carte meal, followed by live music and dancing. At the end of the evening your personal chauffeur for the evening will take you back to your hotel, or home. If you prefer, and the night is young, you may opt to have you chauffeur take you and your guest into the west end.
